Booking conditions directly via our website
- Cancellation
The customer can cancel his booking free of charge until the eighth day before arrival.
Only the bank fees already invoiced will be deducted from the refund (about 3% of the fees on the payments by card on secure site)
The deposit of 50% will be due to the establishment, if it cancels in the 7 days preceding the arrival.
Conditions of no show
If the guest does not show up at the property, they will be billed the full amount.
- Prepayment
The customer will have to pay in advance 50% of the amount of his stay.
The management reserves the right not to collect this pre-payment when it is made by check issued on a bank domiciled in France.
- Other information
Free parking is available in the rue des paillers (to grab on your GPS), at the corner of rue Eugene Favrit, a few steps from the street quintau very narrow where parking is impossible.
The management regrets not being able to accommodate children in this establishment (unless prior agreement).
The use of the extra bed in the "Captain" room is charged € 20 per person.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the property.
